I had the pleasure of growing up around two grandfathers who spent their lives in the trades, one as a master plumber and welder, and the other as a general contractor, inventor, real life MacGyver, and a friend to all, and my mad scientist father who happens to be a chemist. While I wouldn’t dare claim to be as talented as my grandfathers, or as intelligent as my father, they did shape me to love the science of construction and the value of a good team! I graduated from Texas A&M in 2016 with a degree in Construction Science. I have had the privilege of working on a wide variety of construction projects throughout my career prior to Good Company. From apartment complexes in Dallas, massive custom homes in Montgomery County, tract homes in Bryan/College Station, to prototype concrete crash walls at the Texas Transportation Institute in Bryan, I have thoroughly enjoyed the diversity of things I have been able to do in the industry! At Good Company, I found my passion for people and processes to help our team and our clients deliver projects that we can all be truly proud of! I have been married for almost 8 years to my lovely (and patient!) wife Kyann (pronounced like ‘Cayenne’ pepper), and our 4 hilarious children, Evangeline-6, Teddy-4, Shea Austin- 2, and Nora- ~1

After graduating high school, I moved to Bryan, TX to attend college. I’m 2013, I began working for a large housing developer. I had no idea that I would fall in love with the trade and that it would be the field that I continue into. In 2016, I stumbled into my first residential remodel as a project manager and started on a journey to help hundreds of clients turn old and dated spaces into something new and fresh. I have a passion for design and high performance buildings. When I’m not at work, I’m helping my beautiful wife Jestine raise our 5 amazing children – Malakai, Blaze, Lux, Spring & Zara.

My grandpa was a home builder; some of my earliest memories were riding around in his work van and sitting on 2×4’s while we drove to job sites. As I grew up I helped him and my dad do small projects. In my teenage years, I started mowing lawns, doing landscape work and being a general outdoors handyman in my neighborhood and surrounding area. When I moved to College station to start on my degree, I continued in the landscape business around town before I started working for Good Company Construction right as it started up. With my new and growing knowledge of remodeling, my wife and I decided to build a container home with only the help of friends and family. It’s a spacious 320 sq ft and we love it. Good Company has been such a great place to work and I look forward to helping my community. I have been married to my beautiful wife Ellen for 2.5 years now and hobbies currently include hunting, working property, building cabins, and most recently ducks!

I was born and raised in Oak Cliff, a neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. For most of my childhood I wanted to be a soldier, or a cowboy. Coming into high school I was not planning to attend college, instead I was dedicated to becoming an entrepreneur, starting my own businesses, and making my own money. At the end of high school, however, the Lord told me I should come to school, here in College Station. So I enrolled at Blinn Community College, attended two years there, and then transferred to Texas A&M, studying agricultural economics. My dream is to use farming and any other skills I have to honor God where He calls me. I got married to my beautiful wife Colbie Jo, in January of 2022. In 2023,
Colbie and I had our first son, Moses. I am currently enrolled in school at A&M, while working for Good Company Construction to support my family and deliver all that I can for our clients.

I held the flashlight for my Dad for 5-7 years as he performed plumbing, electrical, framing, concrete, drywall, etc. Then I moved into the position of Dad assistant in tile, drywall, and all the other trades. I ran a small remodeling company for 3 years before moving into another position. I spent 15 years in public education as a teacher/coach and assistant principal. Having grown up with a background in construction and learning the trade of management in education, I get to blend all the experience I have to offer to help our clients see their dreams come through I have been married to my wife, Jordan, for 14 years and have 4 wonderful children (Max -10, Theo – 7, Elliott – 5, Penelope – 3).

I grew up in the DFW area always building my own Lego creations, drawing, playing sports, and loving math. This led me to Texas A&M where I got my degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2013. Before picking up Architectural Drafting, I pursued a career as a Math Teacher. I had worked at a summer camp throughout my college years, and that experience combined with my passion for math led me to teach. I spent 5 years teaching in Bryan ISD, honing my relationship building skills and creativity. While teaching, I met my lovely wife Rachel. We’ve been married since 2016 and we live on a beautiful property here in College Station. My wife rides horses and it was a dream to have her horses in our backyard. So when we found the property, the yard and barn were perfect, but the house needed a lot of work – insert Good Company Construction, who helped us reconfigure the floor plan and make the house beautiful again! For the last 5 years I’ve taken my engineering background, my love for creating, and my love for people, and I’ve put it into practice as an Architectural Draftsman. In 2018, I started working for a production home builder as their lead draftsman and then in 2023 I joined Good Company Construction. I am thrilled to help our clients make their dream homes come to life.

I have been married for 3 ½ years and have 2 wildly beautiful daughters: Lucy (Lulu)- 1 ½ and Bethany- 3 weeks! The Dallas Cowboys are going to win the Super Bowl this year. More importantly though, God changed my life when I was 18 and it transformed everything about me. My life will never be the same, and all I want is to love people the way God has loved me. You might be wondering how this ties into working as a project manager for a remodeling company, but it really helps me do my job with as much excellence as I can. I want to honor each client with diligence in the details of each project, clear and quick communication, and going above and beyond to create a refreshing experience for you and your new space!
